Seeds of Growth is an action packed 90 day journey, with content delivered in three steps each week

    Jump onto this platform and soak up all the videos and theory content to get familiar with the big concepts for the week and link you to bonus resources

  • 2. WEEKLY CHALLENGE & JOURNAL

    Complete the weekly challenge which will be explained online and work your way though the thought prompting questions in the 90 Day Journal

  • 3. JOIN THE WEEKLY WORKSHOP

    Once you have completed steps 1 & 2 you are ready to join your group for the weekly live workshop to discuss how the topics apply to your business

Cal Archibald

Cal is a director of Beanstalk, an agriculture innovation agency operating at the fast-evolving intersection of the agriculture, technology and investment sectors in Australia and across Asia. Cal has a background in business and finance and is based in Australia where he and his team work to support farmers and agribusinesses to innovate by leading strategy to navigate and leverage market and technology trends. Cal is passionate about working with high growth startups and scale ups to apply the rigour of lean startup principals to the crazy world of startup businesses.

Justin Ahmed

Justin is a principal at Beanstalk AgTech, an agriculture innovation agency operating at the fast-evolving intersection of the agriculture, technology, and investment sectors in Australia and Asia. Justin has a background in economic development and agribusiness strategy. He has supported a wide range of food and agriculture focused entrepreneurs and organizations - from smallholder farmers in Africa and Asia to Fortune 100 companies - to develop, refine, and execute business strategies. Justin is passionate about supporting food and agriculture entrepreneurs and organizations of all backgrounds and size to tackle new growth horizons, applying new ways of learning and leading along the way.

Barry McGookin

Dr. Barry McGookin is the General Manager of Innovation for Food Innovation Australia with 30yrs in the food and agri-business industry working with innovations both pre and post farm gate. With both a food technology and marketing background, Barry has worked with 150+ companies over the last 6 years, providing Idea-Market and innovation support across the whole Agri-Food supply chain, including the development of new approaches to wheat sales, reducing fraud with Barramundi and high protein snacks for the elderly. As a passionate connector of solutions for companies with questions, one of Barry’s great joys is working with so many inspirational innovative small companies taking on Australia and the world.
